Board & Committee

The Volta Lake Co-operative Credit Union is led by a Board of Directors made up of five elected members who serve up to two consecutive four-year terms. The Board provides strategic direction, ensures sound financial and operational governance, and upholds regulatory standards. Supporting the Board are specialized committees, including the Loans Committee, which reviews and secures member loans, and the Supervisory Committee, which independently monitors compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls. Together, these leadership bodies advance the Union’s mission of member empowerment, financial integrity, and cooperative excellence.
